Dave Kraft Coming To Town: Nov.5-7

I want to personally invite you and passionately encourage you to participate in the Christian Leadership Training Saturday Night from 4:00-9:00 with Dave Kraft at the church.  Dinner will be provided (no childcare).  Dave will be addressing four key components of leadership in the church through teaching, group interaction and Q&A.  This is an incredible opportunity for our church, and I couldn’t encourage you more to join myself and other leaders at the church for an incredibly encouraging and equipping night.

Dave Kraft is the Pastor of Coaching and Leadership Development at Mars Hill Church in Seattle, a Lead Coach at Ministry Coaching International, and author of a top ten Kindle book, Leaders Who Last. Dave has over 30 years of experience in leadership and leadership development, and is a source of encouragement and wisdom to hundreds of proven Christian leaders.

While at The Village, Dave will be serving us in a few key way:

• Meeting with the Elders and their wives for informal coaching (Friday Night)
• Teaching an extended Christian Leadership seminar based on concepts from his book, Leaders Who Last. (Saturday Night)
• Preaching at The Village Sunday, November 7th on “What Leaders Expect From Their People and What People Expect From Their Leaders In The Church.”
• Investing in key leaders at The Village in one-on-one and small group leadership coaching (Friday & Saturday)
